By using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Overview
FairRate is a platform designed to facilitate structured, two-sided reviews between customers and tradespeople based on completed jobs.
2. Verified Review System
• Reviews must relate to a genuine FairRate Job.
• Each party submits through their own secure review link connected to that job.
• A review submitted by one party can be displayed as a Verified Review, with the other party’s response shown as pending where applicable.
• When both the Customer and Trade submit their reviews for the same FairRate Job, the status becomes Verified Matched Review.
• Reviews may be held from public display where moderation is required.
FairRate reserves the right to refuse or remove any review that does not meet these requirements.

If a review is disputed:
• It may be temporarily removed or paused
• Both sides may be reviewed
• A final decision will be made
7. Limitation of Liability
FairRate does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content and is not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from use of the platform.
• All information provided is accurate and based on real events
• Your review reflects your genuine experience and is submitted honestly and accurately.
• You will not submit false, misleading, or abusive content
4. Prohibited Content
The following is not permitted:
• Abusive or offensive language
• Personal attacks or harassment
• Defamatory statements or accusations
• False or misleading information
