2. Verified Review System
• Reviews must relate to a real job between both parties
• Both parties must submit a review using the same job reference
• Reviews are only published once both submissions are received and matched
FairRate reserves the right to refuse or remove any review that does not meet these requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
By submitting a review, you agree that:
• All information provided is accurate and based on real events
• Your comments are factual, clear, and professional
• You will not submit false, misleading, or abusive content
5. Moderation & Control
FairRate reserves the right to:
• Edit, refuse, or remove any review
• Suspend or restrict user access
• Moderate all content at its sole discretion
6. Disputes
If a review is disputed:
• It may be temporarily removed or paused
• Both sides may be reviewed
• A final decision will be made
7. Limitation of Liability
FairRate does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content and is not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from use of the platform.
4. Prohibited Content

• Abusive or offensive language
• Personal attacks or harassment
