• Both parties must submit using the same job reference  
• Reviews only go live once matched  

• Reviews are structured using set categories  
• Comments must be factual and professional  

Allowed:  
• Clear, factual statements based on real events  

• Only first initial, surname, and area are shown publicly  

• FairRate reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove content  
Not allowed:  

• Abuse, insults, accusations, or personal attacks

FairRate is a platform for user-submitted reviews. All reviews reflect individual experiences, and FairRate is not responsible for their content. Only manually verified reviews are published. Reviews submitted by one party are displayed as Verified Reviews. Where both parties submit using the same valid job code, the review is upgraded to a Verified Matched Review..
